Lydivine Samandoulgou

Journalist, communicator, and gender advisor, Lydivine Samandoulgou has built solid experience working with humanitarian and development organizations as well as diplomatic missions, with a constant commitment to humanitarian and social causes. Her expertise in gender analysis and strategic planning enables her to design actions tailored to the needs of vulnerable communities, while integrating a human rights–based approach.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Lydivine has been deeply involved in the Burkinabè associative sector, where she has volunteered in humanitarian initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions of the most fragile populations. This engagement strengthens her profile as a professional dedicated to advocacy.

Since 2022, she has held the position of Advocacy and Communication Officer at the Forum of International Humanitarian NGOs (FONGIH) in Burkina Faso, an alliance of international NGOs providing humanitarian and development aid. In this role, she works to strengthen coordination and information sharing among members, foster cooperation with the Burkinabè government, the United Nations, national NGOs, and technical and financial partners. Her goal is clear: to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering essential aid to populations affected by crises.
