He is a development economist with over 8 years of professional experience in the development sector, spanning governance, accountability, and public finance management. Ernest is deeply committed to promoting an enabling environment for civil society organisations, advancing transparency, and strengthening civic space. He is widely recognized for driving impactful policy reforms and fostering collaboration between CSOs, government, and international partners.
