ADIAKPO Yawo Seyram

Mr ADIAKPO Yawo Seyram is a legal expert and specialist in crisis management, peace, security and governance in West Africa. He has been serving as National Coordinator of WANEP-Togo since 2024, after joining the organisation’s senior management team in 2021.

At the helm of WANEP-Togo, he leads the organisation’s strategic and operational direction, with a strong focus on institutional performance, partnerships and accountability. His expertise spans organisational management, crisis management, programme coordination and monitoring and evaluation.

He has a strong interest in tackling the proliferation of small arms and light weapons (SALW), as well as the financing dimensions of security, including counter-terrorism financing (CFT) and counter-proliferation financing (CPF). He is also the author of a book on the internationalisation of constituent power in Francophone Africa.
