Malick Lingani

Malick is an Open Government champion, former co-chair of Burkina Faso’s OGP Multi-stakeholder Forum. He is the president of BEOG-NEERE, an organization working in Burkina Faso to promote good governance and peace since 2012. He is currently involved in NPO’s self regulation while coordinating the RAFGO, a network of over 60 francophone Africa civil society organizations for Open Government. Malick has a background in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence with over 15 years of experience. He is a 2016 School of Data fellow with specialization in data literacy and Open Data. He is also a Mandela Washington Fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative program. Malick is passionate about the use of ICT for development.
