Making Subsidy Reform Work for Women in Nigeria | Spaces for Change & IISD Briefing Note

This policy brief advocates that government communications will be stronger if subsidy reform is designed so that it can credibly state that: i) women, among other vulnerable groups, are protected; and ii) that alternative, more effective energy access policies are being implemented using subsidy savings.
